All services are provided on a business-to-business (B2B) basis.

Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to written confirmation and acceptance by Millenz.
Pricing is based on quantity, materials, design complexity, and delivery timelines.
Quotes are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.

Any changes to the design or quantity may affect final pricing.

Payment Terms

A deposit (usually 50%) is required to initiate production.
The balance is due before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers and other approved channels.

Late payments may result in production delays or order cancellation.

Production & Lead Times

Estimated delivery times are provided upon order confirmation.
Lead times may vary based on order size, availability of materials, and seasonality.
Millenz is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs, shipping companies, or natural disasters.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is arranged through third-party logistics providers unless otherwise requested.
Shipping costs, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon shipment from our facility.

Quality & Inspection

We ensure high-quality production standards and inspect every batch before shipment.
Clients are encouraged to review samples before full-scale production.
Any quality concerns must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the shipment.

Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, and artwork provided by the client remain their intellectual property.
Millenz will not use or share client branding without explicit permission.
Millenz retains rights to proprietary manufacturing techniques and internal processes.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be canceled before production begins, subject to administrative fees.
Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted.
Refunds are not issued for custom goods unless there is a verified defect or production error.

Limitation of Liability

Millenz shall not be held liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Losses due to third-party delays or customs issues
Incorrect client-provided specifications

Our maximum liability is limited to the invoiced value of the disputed goods.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert City], Pakistan.
